Common questions

The answers people usually have to ask for in chat.

How does booking work?
First we agree on the route. Then we pick a date — it depends on the helicopter’s schedule and on the weather. After that you make a prepayment and we hold the slot for you.
What happens if the weather is not flyable?
That call is not made by a manager — it is made by the flight service and air traffic control. If they say conditions are unsafe, the flight is postponed and we find a date that suits you. If no date works, we refund the prepayment in full.
What else can postpone a flight?
There are three, and all of them are about safety rather than our convenience. 1. Weather — decided by the flight service and air traffic control. 2. Technical — the helicopter is inspected before and after every flight. If a fault is found or unscheduled work is needed, the flight is postponed. 3. State flights — airspace is closed for special missions, emergencies and visiting delegations. In all three cases we do the same thing: move the flight to a date that suits you, or refund the prepayment.
Is a photographer included?
After the flight, yes. Our photographer works with you for 5–10 minutes and delivers 10–20 finished shots. They are keepsakes and they are included in the price of the flight. A full photo shoot is a separate service — for brands, model agencies, Love Story and weddings. It can also be booked without a flight.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. We hold a specific slot only after a prepayment — until then the date stays open for other guests. If we are the ones postponing the flight, your prepayment is either carried over or refunded in full.
Can I shoot the helicopter without flying?
Yes, that is a separate service. The helicopter stands on the pad with the engines off, and you can shoot outside and inside the cabin. Up to 10 people, one to two hours — the price is the same either way. Airbus H125 — 30,000 KGS, Airbus H145 — 35,000 KGS. On a weekday, finishing by 17:00. On weekends there is a 50% surcharge per helicopter.
